At Hims & Hers we see a significant opportunity for growth in the UK and we expect 2025 to be a pivotal year for our UK business. We are looking for a full-time Head of Growth who will be responsible for growth strategy and execution in the UK. As Head of Growth, you will oversee multiple product categories, work closely with teams across the company, including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience, and ultimately be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the UK. The Head of Growth will be creative, dedicated, motivated, passionate about healthcare, and possess a love for solving problems.,
- Lead all aspects of growth and marketing, from user acquisition to increasing lifetime value and customer retention, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead a high-performing growth function, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
- Develop and execute a UK-specific growth strategy across multiple channels, including paid social, paid search, lifecycle, affiliate, TV, and organic growth.
- Own all customer acquisition channels, both directly and through agency partnerships. Optimise channel performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Continuously look for new growth opportunities and manage a backlog of initiatives, prioritizing based on potential impact and alignment with business goals.
- Gather UK market intelligence and perform competitive analysis to support high-level business decisions and correctly adapt successful strategies developed for the US market.
- Work closely with the UK leadership team to align growth initiatives with business goals. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and shared best practices.
- Use data and analytics to drive quick, informed strategic decisions and optimize growth outcomes.
- Manage regular reports on marketing performance and growth metrics. Ensure that insights are communicated clearly to stakeholders and used to inform ongoing strategy.
- Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management, providing clear and concise updates on growth performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Lead efforts to grow the Hims & Hers brand presence in the UK to establish it as the market leader.
8+ years of Growth experience within direct-to-consumer businesses, from early-stage and beyond. - Deep experience managing a £1 million+ monthly paid marketing budget, scaling multiple performance marketing channels including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and more.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, working with executive stakeholders, engineers, designers, marketers, copywriters, and external partners.
- Hardworking teammate and collaborator with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work cross-functionally in a diverse environment and across geographies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal: Confidently and know what, when, and how to get a message across.
- Experience developing growth loops across the full funnel and customer lifecycle.
- Experience identifying growth opportunities early and fast - whether that's a brand new channel as it emerges or a new strategy within a channel.
- Self-motivated, go-getter - while Hims & Hers is a global company, the UK team is lean and all team members are expected to manage multiple work streams while maintaining a high tempo of execution.
- Analytical - from understanding cohort analytics to modeling multi-touch attribution, knowing how to find this data, and then act on it is essential.
- Prioritization - an absolute must in this role where there are a million ways for us to grow.
- Although this is a remote position, we prefer for candidates to reside in the United Kingdom, to facilitate daily collaboration with our UK team.
