We are recruiting for a highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic clinician to lead our healthcare team at HMP Styal as the Head of Healthcare. Situated in Wilmslow, Manchester, HMP Styal is a closedcategory prison for female adults and young offenders. At HMP Styal we are proud to deliver an integrated model of healthcare with a full range of primary care, sexual health andscreening services, and substance misuse services. This is done through safe, optimal and integrated health and wellbeing services that deliver best outcomes for the individual, their families andcommunities. For further details on this policy, please enquire., You will be the registered CQC Manager and be responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations usingcontinuous improvement methodologies, working alongside colleagues from the Quality department. You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services provided throughout the prison, includingprimary care nursing clinics, GP clinics, and substance misuse services. You will be responsible for the management andmonitoring of all service level agreements (dental services, physiotherapy, podiatry) ensuring performance-monitoring standards are adhered toand the highest standards of care are maintained. This role within the prison is a senior role with responsibility as lead for delivery of serviceoutcomes at a local level.
