Full Job Description
The Role: As Head of HR, you'll oversee all HR functions, acting as a key strategic partner to the leadership team. With over 200 employees, many of whom work flexibly, you will lead a small HR team, ensuring we deliver top-tier HR services across the business. This is a pivotal role in maintaining our established reputation while ensuring we continue to support and develop our employees in a fast-paced and regulated environment., Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance on HR best practices while maintaining a strong people-focused culture.
Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Talent Management: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to departure, ensuring our employer branding attracts the right talent and supports the companys long-term goals.
Strategic HR: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure HR policies are compliant with current legislation and are robust enough to support the businesss needs.
Culture Building: Continue to nurture and develop a positive company culture that reflects our values and supports the businesss stability and success.
CIPD qualified, with a proven track record of success in generalist HR roles.
Experienced in working within SMEs or similarly structured environments.
An excellent communicator with strong people management skills, excelling at building relationships across all levels.
Strategic yet hands-on, capable of balancing day-to-day HR operations with broader company goals.
Passionate about fostering employee wellbeing and creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
