Full Job Description
We're recruiting a Head of HR Consultancy Services, where you'll oversee and manage the HR consultancy function within our commercial entity, NexSphere! Your role will involve leading a team dedicated to providing strategic HR solutions to our clients. You'll use your leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to develop and implement HR and recruitment strategies that enhance client business performance. Your efforts will ensure high-quality delivery and contribute to driving business growth.,
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their HR and Recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of HR and Recruitment consultancy services, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Design and deliver recruitment propositions to external customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop proposals and presentations to attract new clients and expand the consultancy's market presence.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR consultancy team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Provide strategic HR advice to clients on a range of issues including talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and change management.
Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing client relationships and delivering HR consultancy services. You'll excel in understanding client needs, building and maintaining strong relationships, and providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives., Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). - Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an HR consultancy or similar environment.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering HR consultancy services.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
