Full Job Description

We are seeking HR and OD professionals who are committed to delivering the best service to our directorates, building on the foundations of the improvement works across the council, our transformation plan focuses on us being the most efficient and cost effective council in London. Are you up for the challenge of transforming how HR and OD delivers and being a critical part of the change journey.

The Head of HR Operations is a critical role within the team, providing leadership and support to our Recruitment and Resourcing function, Payroll and Data Analytics team. This role sits at the heart of the function in supporting day to day operations across the HR and OD team, however plays a key strategic role in the development of new initiatives and technologies.

We are looking for a leader who has previously worked across these specialisms, who has experience at building teams during periods of change and has a firm understanding of Oracle which underpins the work of these teams.

Our team has recently undergone a redesign, to ensure that we have a service that is fit to deliver the transformation across the Council and we are seeking colleagues in the above roles to join experienced colleagues.
