A unique opportunity as part of the HR and OD Leadership team to support the delivery of the People and Culture Transformation Strategy as well as leading the OD team through a range of programmes and supporting the delivery of our Pay and Reward and Equalities and Policy teams., Subject to business needs, we will be pleased to consider applications from candidates seeking flexible working arrangements and support hybrid working, whereby staff attend the workplace for part of their working week and work from home, or elsewhere, remotely for the rest of the time.
