Full Job Description

Our Head of In-room Dining leads the team responsible for serving food and drink from five of our restaurants to any of our 250 guest bedrooms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.,

  • Find, hire, lead and develop our in-room dining team of 10 to provide an exceptional experience to all our hotel guests

  • Managing the day-to-day operation ensuring amazing experiences for our guests

  • Partner with the Executive Chefs to select the best dishes from the Ned's menus along with some exclusive in-room dining dishes to create the best guest offering

  • Lead all commercial aspects of the department including P&L, budgeting, rota, payroll and stocktakes

    Salary of up to 50,000/year inc service charge
