Full Job Description

  • Providing strategic leadership and decision making to guide the group through formation of an industry leading capability with innovative and consistent outcomes.
  • You will posses an understanding of the industry direction, trends, emerging technologies and innovation.
  • You will hold accountability for raising the standard of Information Management across all markets with documented governance and delivery workflows.
  • You will define and establish a clear performance management process for the Information Management capability to drive performance excellence and a culture of improvement.
  • You will maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to form a strategic link between Executive leadership, the Digital Advisory Head and Information Management capabilities across markets.
  • You will deliver pre-award sales strategy and guidance for all Information Management opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker

    Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
  • A track record of success in leading teams in complex, evolving environments.
  • Extensive and up to date knowledge of Technology and Information Management updates and trends within the Construction Industry, including government policies and industry standards such as the BS EN 19650 series.
  • Degree in IT or related field of technology, accreditations in the field of Information Management from organisations such as BRE or OPERAM, and demonstrate continuous learning of forthcoming industry developments trends and standards.
  • Any offer of employment will be strictly subject to the relevant security requirements for the role being met. This means that you will need to have, or be able to obtain, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance and either Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. The security clearance process may require non-British nationals or dual nationals (i.e. those with British and another nationality) to be subject to additional evaluation, depending on nationalities held and the nature of the work to be carried out.
