Investment Operations is an Operations function, supporting multiple Portfolio Management and Trading teams who invest into Fixed Income, Derivatives, Treasury and Private Equity / Private Credit products. Internally, Investment Operations contributes to the overall success of the business by providing a service to key Stakeholders including Investments Team, Finance, New Business Origination, Third-Party Management, Data Office and Change Management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the successful delivery of Investment Data.
2. Collaborate with business SMEs, particularly in Investments, to simplify, redesign and document optimum data processes/flows and related controls.
3. Oversee PIC's Data Operations team, focusing on optimising data processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
4. Collaborate with Technology, Change and the Investments business units to align data management practices with the company's strategic objectives.
5. Own the relationship between the Data Group, Finance and the Investments & Operations divisions by representing the provision of comprehensive data management services, ensuring high quality and timely delivery, risk control, efficiency, and ongoing support to enable seamless delivery.
6. Conduct thorough analysis of current data structures, data issues, root causes and resolutions.
7. Define and document the requirements for data management processes, rules, service levels, and responsibilities.
8. Effectively collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Operations, Pension Operations, Finance, Risk, IT and Change teams.

Technical Requirements
1. Experience working directly with an Investments Front Office.
2. Strong technical knowledge of products such as Fixed Income, Derivatives and Private Debt Investments.
3. Familiarity with vendors such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Murex, Moody, S&P, Fitch, MSCI or Aladdin.
4. Experience of being a Data Leader and migrating from a technical role to a business/data leadership position.
5. Experience of designing and delivering data management and governance capabilities in Investments or other Financial Services environments, ideally including asset management, pensions, insurance, and investments understanding.
