Full Job Description

  • Contract Review and Negotiation: Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of global client and vendor contracts, including NDAs and other legal documents. Ensure these agreements meet high standards and align with Vialto Partners' business objectives.
  • Legal Research & Compliance: Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Provide insights that guide the organization through complex legal matters.
  • Collaboration on Expansion: Work closely with different teams as we expand into new territories and service lines, ensuring a seamless and successful expansion process.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Actively contribute to risk management and compliance initiatives, safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • High-Quality Legal Support: Execute your duties with precision, maintaining consistently high standards in all deliverables.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners, which is crucial for achieving organizational goals.

    Qualified legal professional with significant experience in contract law, compliance, and risk management.
  • Strong background in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating international contracts.
  • Proven ability to conduct legal research and apply insights to support business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and jurisdictions.
  • Ability to think strategically and proactively identify potential legal risks.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
