Head of Manufacturing and Engineering

Join our team as the Head of Manufacturing and Engineering! Based in Lytham, you'll develop and deliver the full GMP Manufacturing, Engineering, and Asset Care Strategy in line with our company plans. You'll coordinate with planning to manufacture all products and ensure that performance is maximized through enhancing engineering capabilities, processes, and people. Your role includes managing all facility and equipment issues on-site and ensuring products are produced on time and within budget. You'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain and improve quality standards, and manage health and safety procedures effectively.

• We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills and the intellectual capacity to introduce new management techniques.
• You should have batch and process manufacturing experience, a solid understanding of TPM/World Class Manufacturing, and the ability to manage capital projects. Strong IT skills and an in-depth knowledge of current manufacturing systems are essential.
• You should be a team player, able to multi-task, and have the ability to lead in adversity.
• Honesty, integrity, and high standards of personal conduct are expected.
