Full Job Description

  • Senior technology interface for Markets business, stakeholders, clients and partners
  • Functionally responsible for Markets infrastructure technology and strategy
  • Infrastructure Service Improvement Plans to drive service effectiveness across Markets infrastructure
  • Lead and drive the delivery of business aligned Infrastructure & Cloud products and services, application support, strategy, people and execution
  • Accountable for service delivery and operational resiliency of MARKETS technology and platforms
  • Partner MARKETS business to plan and run the ISD Markets budget across both BAU opex and all capex investment programmes
  • Regulatory/Risk and control oversight across Markets technology
  • Leads design, implementation and operation of dedicated business specific infrastructure, projects and strategic delivery
  • Responsible for planning, overseeing transition of new infrastructure capability
  • Ultimate responsibility for Service stability and operational resilience
  • Group reporting, key control and risk management
  • Leading large, global, multi product teams and platforms
  • Driving strategy and execution of I&C and Markets products
  • Driving Customer satisfaction and service stability
  • Liaising with external clients on stability, project delivery and client sales
  • Working with senior stakeholders and business boards, regulators and client stakeholders on risks, controls and incident/change management
  • Responsible for regulatory compliance and 3rd party risk management
  • Driving budget efficiency, cost synergy and growth initiatives
  • Service stability and operational resiliency
  • Leads Reliability Engineering for Markets Infrastructure
  • Programme delivery of Critical infrastructure/Markets projects
  • Strategy / people leadership of I&C objectives
  • Stable control framework and risk governance
  • Comprehensive business/product knowledge and execution
  • Transform team to service focused, high quality delivery
  • Improved service efficiency across ISD Markets
  • Drive client satisfaction, delivery and time to market
  • Assist revenue generation across Markets business
  • Ensures continual service improvement initiatives are developed and executed
  • Champions confidence and trust in the reliability of our function
  • Leads Markets strategy execution into Infrastructure and cloud portfolio, demand planning and growth initiatives
