Full Job Description

You'll have the shape the future of our Retail Media proposition as we look to create a world class offering that can serve both THG owned brands and those of our Ingenuity clients. You'd have the opportunity to shape our tech stack, ensuring we have the tools we need to innovate and create monetization opportunities at every touchpoint. As Head of media Product and data, you'll:

  • Define vision and roadmap for all Media Products across online and offline revenue monetisation workstreams
  • Set the product strategy and roadmap for Media Product - Demand and Supply
  • Deliver best in class retail media buying platform that enables advertisers and their agencies to easily access
  • Be data driven, identify patterns and trends, define and implement improvements to drive key media revenue and adoption metrics while improving the efficiency
  • Develop and execute the overarching media tech strategy aligned with the company's business
