Full Job Description
They are seeking an experienced Head of MI: Data to lead the groups MIS function to drive strategic and operational improvements, aligned to the group's strategic priorities. You will take accountability for delivering robust data management systems, ensuring compliance with funding regulations and leading the production of accurate and timely data. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing curriculum planning, managing enrolment processes and ensuring that timetabling and course file management run smoothly.
In this leadership role, you will manage a dedicated MIS team, drive continuous improvement and develop innovative processes to enhance performance and ensure the team is embedded and relevant to the needs of the group. They are looking for a proactive and experienced individual with in-depth knowledge of Further and Higher Education funding rules/reporting, a strong background in data management and the ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
