Full Job Description
The Head of Nursing is responsible for the leadership and management of nursing, midwifery or AHP's within a defined group of clinical services in a division. They are a key member of the management team for the Division and will work closely with the Divisional Nurse Director. They have joint responsibility for the effective delivery of quality, financial and operational performance of the service line including ownership of key clinical quality
performance targets and measures for the service. Service specific aims, objectives and KPI's will be detailed in each post holder's personal appraisal.
