Full Job Description

Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will lead and manage a new team that are responsible for supporting and assuring Quality, Safeguarding, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Information Security for Operational Delivery at Shaw Trust. This role is crucial in ensuring that high-quality standards are consistently met and continuously improved across the organisation. The post holder will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulatory requirements and will be expected to work closely with the Central Group Leads as well as operational teams.

+ Education to degree level and/or significant experience/qualification within a relevant field
+ Full membership of relevant professional body or willingness to work towards
+ Extensive senior management experience of working in large third sector or commercial organisation
+ Previous experience successfully delivering in a customer focused business, securing value for money and a high level of customer satisfaction
+ Ability to demonstrate a proven track record of achievement at a senior level
