Full Job Description

In this exciting & varied role, you will report to the Group Director of Operational Resilience. You will provide leadership, subject matter expertise, delivery and guidance to improve Operational Resilience Management information, Reporting, Tooling and Automation across Bupa's global market units.,

  • Lead the delivery of the operational resilience tooling across Bupa Group
  • Develop appropriate MI and reporting capabilities
  • Oversight and challenge on MI and Risk reporting, ensuring Subject Matter Expert development
  • Operational Resilience reporting - Exec Committees, Boards & Regulators
  • Ensure that effective systems and controls are in place
  • Support Group Director of Operational Resilience to execute strategic direction
  • Build great collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders

    Senior Operational Resilience professional, Financial Services / Consulting background
  • Track record of delivering Management Information for Board / Exec teams
  • Operational Resilience regulations expert (e.g. DORA)
  • Gravitas to influence and collaborate with leadership across market units
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and delivery, aligned with Bupa's values.
