Head of Operations

We are seeking a skilled Head of Operations with a preference for candidates who have experience working within the NHS, proven expertise in writing and developing reports and implementation of Oracle eBusiness Suite., In Summary the Head of Operations is responsible for a range of specialised areas across the Operational Management of NEP Cloud and its service delivery including supporting the Strategic Planning across the service. The Post Holder is responsible for the management, development and supervision of the Process Development, Service Delivery and Quality and Assurance Teams.
