Full Job Description

REPORTING OF THE ROLE

This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations & Planning,

  • Working closely with Brand Marketing & Design, you'll project manage Marketing-led initiatives, as well as being responsible for the delivery of Marketing requirements on cross-departmental projects

  • You will be responsible for the annual financial planning and budget management for the Brand Marketing & Operations departments

  • You will be responsible for gathering data and insights to inform our Marketing strategy and will work closely with the Marketing Senior Leadership Team to produce the annual marketing plan

  • You'll oversee the department's legal and contracts processes

  • You'll lead on the delivery and scheduling of Global's Brand campaigns across our Outdoor estate

  • You'll be responsible for ensuring processes are designed, documented, understood and followed in a way that brings efficiencies to the Brand Marketing department, e.g. planning & campaign reporting

  • You'll line manage and develop the Marketing Planning and Partnerships Manager

  • You'll ensure our brand marketing partnerships are delivering the best for our brands

    We're looking for a candidate with senior operations & project management experience to join Global's Marketing Department. The successful candidate will work hand in hand with the Marketing Senior Leadership team to oversee the planning and delivery of key consumer marketing initiatives, partnerships and projects. The role would suit a highly organised and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
