Head of People Services

As the Head of People Services, you will lead our HR and People Services function, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain outstanding talent. You will drive key initiatives to enhance employee engagement, equality, diversity, and well-being whilst ensuring that your team delivers an exceptional service to both internal and external customers throughout the employee lifecycle. You will need to be qualified to CIPD Level 7, have significant experience of leading a Human Resources or People Services team and excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to successfully engage and influence others will be key to your success in this role.
