Full Job Description

Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated., As the Head of Policy & Public Affairs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to influence public policy and drive positive outcomes for the people Adferiad supports. You will lead the production of political engagement materials, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and collaborate with third-sector organisations on areas of mutual interest. The role also involves managing projects that align with the charity's policy agenda and representing Adferiad at key political events and forums.
