Full Job Description

The team operates as a valued consultant to the business, working particularly closely with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Retail & Pharmacy Operation teams. We advise across a large, mature portfolio with significant opportunities to add and return value year-on-year.

You'll need high levels of motivation, with tenacity and the desire to develop your capabilities through experience. You will deliver great results by:

  • Being an experienced leader, well versed at working cross-functionally in a broad matrix organisation

  • Demonstrating solid experience of developing & delivering real estate strategies, including business transformation solutions

  • Having ability to interpret complex information and finding the best approach to engage stakeholders with new ideas

  • Reflecting a true passion for delivering the best property solutions to drive both immediate and longer-term results

  • Strong property market and business network connection


  • What you'll need to have
  • Experienced property professional with exemplary leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team

  • Solid commercial acumen

  • The ability to work both collaboratively and on your own to lead and deliver business objectives.

  • A motivational leader of people who will bring the very best from a group of experienced property professionals

  • Strong reporting and presentation skills to be able to deliver to senior levels within the business.
