Full Job Description

BrightLocal is a product-led growth (PLG) business that thrives on delivering exceptional value and innovative solutions to our customers. As we embark on our next phase of growth we are looking for an inspiring, proactive, and commercially-driven Head of Product to join our team and drive our product strategy and development.

As our Head of Product, you will develop and execute a robust product strategy based on the product vision set by the CEO, CTO, and senior leaders in the business.

You will contribute to shaping this vision, but your primary objective will be to translate it into actionable strategies that deliver measurable outcomes. You will lead, inspire, and empower a team of product managers, guiding them to create and own their product roadmaps that consistently deliver value for our customers.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to gather and share valuable customer and market insights. This collaboration will increase our collective understanding and inform strategic actions that drive growth and commercial success. Your ability to develop and communicate these insights will be crucial in aligning the whole company around a clear and consistent product strategy.

Your approach will be commercially minded and focused on delivering tangible results that delivers high levels of customer satisfaction and fuels our business growth.

Your strong leadership will drive product innovation, foster a customer-centric mindset, and have a big influence on the company's strategic direction.

We have a clear mission and ambitious goals, and the Head of Product is key to achieving them. Join us and help us shape the future of local SEO for marketers worldwide.
