Head of Product

A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for aHead of Productto head up the product management function continuously building a product portfolio managing the process from sourcing through to launch and maintenance. This company is going through hyper growth, and they are growing their product offering introducing 5 plus new products per month. Responsible for managing a motivated and driven team of product managers as well as being hands on bringing on new products and managing the extensive portfolio. Areas of responsibilities:

• Overseeing the sourcing and development of all new products
• Be responsible for all legal compliance of products
• Oversee substantiation of product claims
• Manage a small team
• Ensure the product roadmap is delivered on time
• Oversee the review of existing products to ensure standards are being met and improvements are being made where appropriate
• Take ownership of the full product launch process, ensuring all the key teams are meeting deadlines for products to launch on time
  
  Significant experience (including team management) in product development and management
• Experienced in sourcing new products
• Experience owning product roadmaps
• Track record of executing product strategy & product launches
  
  Basic salary between £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
