Full Job Description

Insight Executive Group is proud to partner with North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust to source candidates for 29 key appointments for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative healthcare initiative. We are seeking dynamic and visionary leaders to join our team and contribute to the creation of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will set new standards in patient care and sustainability.
As the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO), you will play a central role in the development and monitoring of the Trust's business cases and ongoing activities associated with the redevelopment programme. Your leadership will be crucial in establishing and managing programme governance, ensuring effective project controls, and overseeing the delivery of the Trust's redevelopment schemes., + Lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme.
+ Establish and manage programme governance and reporting structures.
+ Oversee project controls including governance, approval points, and regular reporting.
+ Facilitate collaboration between clinical and operational teams for seamless service integration.
+ Represent the Trust at various levels and lead negotiations to deliver the Trust's redevelopment schemes., + Provide comprehensive support and assurance across the hospital's redevelopment programme.
+ Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
+ Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
+ Oversee the procurement of resources and services., + Establish and maintain programme management office processes, documentation, and meetings.
+ Develop a scheme dashboard to provide a real-time "one truth" picture including the management of dependencies.
+ Ensure work stream leads have appropriate project and programme documentation.
+ Produce regular project updates for the Programme Board and relevant stakeholders.
