Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a Head of Programmes to join our Programmes team. This role will be based at our Staverton, Gloucestershire site.

The Role:
Reporting to the Site Director, the Head of Programmes is responsible for managing customer relationships, maximising customer satisfaction and delivering on financial commitments. The HOP leads the Programmes team and is responsible for coordinating all activity within the Company in relation to specific customers and programmes.
You will lead by example in being the face of Staverton for our customer base. Ensuring that customer receive professional and continuous support through the programme by appropriate segmentation and a Key Account Plan for each customer. In addition, you will work with the Sales team and Revenue Management team, to ensure maximum value creation across every aspect of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 10 years in a senior role with experience of aerospace or defence industry being desirable. You should have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customer, suppliers, and internal functions as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, you should be experienced in working with operations, supply chain, quality, marketing and trade compliance to co-ordinate purchase orders, contracts, and long-term agreements.
