Full Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Head of Project Management to lead the delivery of cutting-edge video streaming solutions worldwide for an award-winning Video Platform as a Service (VPaaS) provider.,

  • Oversee all client projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

  • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Project Managers, driving their professional growth.

  • Implement industry best practices, risk management, and continuous process improvements.

  • Manage project metrics, offering insights into performance and project effectiveness.

  • Directly handle key projects, collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders.

    Proven background in SaaS project management, with demonstrable experience in a leadership role.

  • Expertise in Atlassian Jira and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to engage confidently with customers.

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent organisational skills.


    • Desired Experience:
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com.

  • Experience in video streaming technologies (video encoding, CDN's, adaptive streaming)

  • Knowledge of cloud-based platforms
