What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and align them with Sopra Steria's capabilities.
- Leading the development and execution of growth strategies for the Public Safety sector.
- Driving value propositions and proposals to achieve customer and business objectives.
- Collaborating with sales, business development, and product teams to optimally guide all stages of the sales cycle.
- Managing a pipeline of prospects, opportunities, and firm proposals to make sure a balanced portfolio.
- Providing market intelligence and insights to advise company strategy and decision-making. What you'll bring:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Expertise in the Public Safety sector and an understanding of its unique challenges.
- High-level technical knowledge to advise solution development.
- The ability to work independently and deliver results without supervision.
