Full Job Description

Our team is looking for a senior manager to provide strategic direction to Citra's Investment, Lettings and Sales teams on analysis of industry wide data from various sources, as well as progress and performance data from within the business and its competitors, and to deliver business efficiencies by assisting in the management of risk for low performing portfolios.

The role will lead on the creation of lettings and sales analysis reports with the investment and customer teams to provide market insights, target demographics and internal valuations, pricing and accurate forecasting for new schemes.

Role Overview

  • Develop and implement the market analysis strategy across the business setting strategic and operational targets and KPI's.

  • Lead on providing all rental and sales values for all new developments as well as lease up and sales rates and oversee all data analysis for potential new developments.

  • Support the Investment team in underwriting and acquisition process.

  • Provide data analysis of residential rental and sales portfolios, rental performance and market activity to keep the business up to date with live data and help inform the Citra investment strategy.

  • Work closely with the Finance team to forecast future years portfolio and rental growth.

  • Monitor and track market trends via various data sources and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly trend reports.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly lettings and sales performance reports to the business.

  • Track portfolio performance and report back to the business.

  • Prepare lettings/sales and marketing reports for all stages of the investment cycle.

  • Working closely with the Head of Lettings and the Customer Team to investigate opportunities to maximise income.

  • Responsible for ensuring that all external RICS valuations are instructed, reviewed and filed accordingly.

  • Proactively provide advice, support and guidance to colleagues across the business to improve the quality and impact of our research and maximise value.

    A solid background in residential research within the property sector.

  • Previous experience working at a senior level with people management responsibilities.

  • A RICS qualification.

  • Superior knowledge of MS Excel.

  • A good understanding of shared ownership.
