  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Position Knight Frank at the heart of the Richmond market, identifying new business opportunities and taking our regional presence to new heights.
  • Manage financials, streamline processes, and maintain operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with the Sub-Divisional Head to develop and implement strategic business plans for the region.

    Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
  • A seasoned property professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership, and a deep understanding of the Richmond market.
  • A natural leader who thrives on challenge, with a passion for property, and a drive to exceed targets.
  • A proven track record in conducting market appraisals, sales strategy, and client relationship management.
