Head of Risk Management - Scale-Up MGA

I'm excited to share that I'm working with the CEO of a new and specialist MGA on an assignment to recruit a Head of Risk Management for their rapidly expanding business.

Salary - IRO £130,000-£150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Summary:
1. Develop and expand the Risk and Governance framework and processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
2. Oversee day-to-day Risk and Governance responsibilities of the company.
3. Establish Risk and Governance strategies.
4. Develop organisational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction of the business.

The ideal candidate will have:
1. 6+ years of broad Risk/Governance Management experience, providing specialist advice in the Insurance Market.
2. In-depth knowledge of the Insurance Market.
3. Ideally operated at a Senior/SMF level.
4. Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of the main classes of GI and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
