Full Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and ethical Head of Sales to join our team and help us grow sustainably, without compromising on our values. You'll report to our Managing Director. We're looking for the right person therefore salary is open to discussion during the interview process. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-driven company where you become a co-owner and gain a real stake in what we achieve together.What you'll do: As our Head of Sales, you'll take ownership of delivering our company sales targets; you'll lead and execute our sales strategy, driving growth in line with our core principles of ethical business and transparency. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and supporting our sales team, expanding our client base across key sectors and promoting our services in a way that reflects our commitment to doing business the right way.You'll be responsible for:

  • Executing our sales strategy to generate growth in our key industries, with a focus on long-term, value-led relationships.
  • Supporting and guiding our team to deliver against our sales targets.
  • Measuring and analysing the health of our sales pipeline.
  • Developing accurate revenue forecasts and set clear, measurable sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with our company goals and growth objectives.
  • Developing, coaching, and mentoring our sales team to enhance their commercial skills, encouraging a balance between quality and quantity in their approach.
  • Continuously evaluating and developing our sales processes to improve efficiencies and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with go-to-market strategies, client needs, and service developments.
  • Representing zoonou at industry events, serving as a strong ambassador for our B Corp and employee-owned status.
