Full Job Description

  • Reporting to the Global VP Sales, you will work closely with regional sales, operations and marketing teams in building and maintaining a successful outbound demand generation strategy to exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Report to Senior Management on key top-of-funnel metrics / KPIs, adding to the accuracy of overall business forecasting and planning.
  • Work and collaborate with Sales and Product Enablement supported by Commercial Operations to align on-going strategic development needs of SDRs and AEs.
  • Supporting the team in building a network of regional and global relationships and leading from the front to demonstrate outbound excellence via email, phone and networking at industry events to generate demand.
  • Work with the Commercial Operations team to identify process improvements, automate where possible and integrate workflows within current process. Guide the global roll out of new processes, ensure adoption, monitoring and ongoing management.
  • Produce reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel for planning and performance management purposes - forecasting, tracking key business metrics, performance metrics, churn rates, CLTV. Strong Excel and Salesforce skills will be key.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to regional and global leaders.
  • Ensuring that personal, SDR and AE team members performance objectives and sales targets are met.
  • Conduct QBRs and weekly Work In Progress meetings (WIPs) with global team.

    Proven experience within a SaaS Sales environment with demonstratable experience in driving strategy and planning within an international sales team.
  • 3+ years' relevant sales experience with a comparable buying centre and 2+ years sales management or sales operations experience. An overall knowledge of sales methodology; even better if the experience is implementing it across global commercial functions.
  • High aptitude for technology with strong knowledge and understanding of SFDC, Excel, project management and communication tools - focus on Salesforce hygiene and coaching to its importance.
  • Ability to spot trends, new opportunities and establish credibility with clients by understanding their business.
  • Proven ability to maintain strong internal, external and client relationships at all levels including C-Suite.
  • Desire to support self-promotion paths for SDRs.
  • Experience within change management. Experience driving complex process creation from concept through to adoption.
  • Worked in a structured, targeted environment with challenging KPIs.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • "Can do" attitude and positive, passionate personality.
