Full Job Description

To lead the Business Development and Account Management teams to exceed business development and retention targets. Through one-to-one development, coaching, CRM monitoring create a high tempo sales environment. Provide consistent commentary and reporting on output and productivity of the Team., Create and track Business Development metrics to measure progress, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous growth which is fully aligned with wider business strategy.
Actively oversee Business development team pipeline and performance via CRM and regular performance review meetings.
Drive adoption and utilisation of CRM, including establishment of metrics and reports to highlight adoption and utilisation performance.
To perform analysis of the metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and new ways to deliver value.
Implement and lead onward weekly and monthly kpi reports to key stakeholders.
Critique sales proposals, quotes and tenders to ensure a high professional standard and consistency across the business.
Manage Account allocation for account management team, ensuring sufficient capacity for Account performance review and business development.

Customer Success

Leading Sales and Account Managers team in building trusted consultative/advisor relationships with Enva customers by developing knowledge of Enva services, as well as subcontract and contractors products and services.
Proactively anticipate problems and opportunities while serving as a key escalation point for customers to ensure solution-oriented thinking and best-in-class customer experience.

Leadership

Attracting, retaining, growing and developing a high-potential talent pool of team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, over-achievement and continuous learning while aligning with company business objectives.
Be responsible for prioritising and delegating work throughout the team to ensure optimal efficiency.
Manage all aspects of employee related budgets and headcount plans ensuring balance between cost efficiencies and workload requirements.

Extensive experience in a B2B, Account Management, Relationship Management role in fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Experience in a senior leadership role and demonstrable evidence of ability to lead multiple functions.
Experience in building and leading high-performing teams across Sales, Customer Support and Account Management.
Ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
Ability to challenge and support others to create results but also to develop new capabilities and to increase capacity of individuals in the team.
Have a high degree of commercial acumen, and ability to understand the issues and challenges that the business faces.
An in-depth understanding of business development processes including bid and proposal management.
Ability to make key decisions under pressure, anticipate potential issues or problems, and provide robust and objective solutions.
Analytical and logical in approach with the ability to analyse data and formulate action plans.
Must demonstrate high levels of integrity and adopt a professional approach in all interactions - should be transparent, open and honest in all dealings.
Strong PC and technical knowledge and skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.
