Full Job Description

  • leading and managing the day to day operation of the school
  • assisting in the formulation of the strategic direction for each school
  • implementing appropriate policies for each school being instrumental in managing staff and resources effectively to lead to improved outcomes
  • being instrumental in monitoring teaching and learning and progress towards achievement
  • monitoring and evaluating the quality of education to ensure that all pupils meet or exceed age related expectations
  • In addition, we offer a full induction programme and opportunities for continual professional development.
