We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of SEO to lead our SEO strategy across EMEA.

As the Head of SEO, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital presence across EMEA. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that our products and services are easily discoverable, driving organic traffic and contributing to our revenue growth. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within your team, making a significant impact on our overall digital strategy.

This role will be responsible for driving organic search growth, enhancing our digital presence, and ensuring that our extensive range of products and services are easily discoverable by our customers.

What you will be doing:

As our Head of SEO, you will implement EMEA SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility, while spearheading the adoption of advanced automation tools and AI-driven processes to streamline SEO workflows, enhance productivity, and stay ahead of the competition.

Implementing innovative techniques to refine EMEA keyword portfolio, ensuring high-quality, relevance, and comprehensive market coverage. Utilise advanced analytics and AI to identify emerging trends and user intent, conducting regular competitive analyses to uncover optimisation opportunities and maximise SEO impact across diverse markets.

Collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Senior Directors and Vice Presidents, Head of content teams, Head of Developers, and Head of Marketing teams, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of our SEO plan. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology partners and search engines to stay informed about industry developments and potential collaboration opportunities.

  • Proven experience in SEO leadership roles, ideally within a large-scale, international organization.

  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the technical aspects of SEO.

  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.

  • Experience managing a large team and budget.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive organic search growth and improve search engine rankings.
