Full Job Description
Reporting to the Locker Lab Partnerships & Acquisition Director, you will:
- Manage a growing team of field-based site acquisition managers to secure hosts and sites for Royal Mail parcel lockers, meeting overall and sectors acquisition targets, whilst providing regular reporting on progress and ensuring the team are operating within business standards and policies.
- Drive lead generation amongst local, regional, and national groups, independents, and other relevant hosts, ensuring that contracts are within agreed negotiating parameters and all fees and preparatory works costs remain within authorised and budgeted amounts.
- Set targets for each site acquisition manager, hold accountability for their performance, and establish and administer the reward system on successful acquisitions and go-live.
- Ensure site acquisition managers expedite host, site, and relationship management handovers, ensuring surveys and installations are conducted without delay, and work with group hosts to resolve any identified issues in conjunction with the deployment team and Senior Partnership Manager., Family friendly support - enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave

- A demonstrable background within sales, business development, and site acquisition, with the ability to influence a variety of hosts, and a track record of performance managing target driven sales or site acquisition teams at appropriate levels of organisational seniority, desirably as part of a locker provider or similar industry.
- Ability to analyse reports and identify required actions, generate relevant leads, build collaborative relationships with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders and multiple third parties across a range of functions, and manage relationships and commercial processes through to agreed contracts.
- Experience with managing cost budgets for sales or site acquisition teams, including establishing and administering reward or bonus systems.
Competitive salary plus £4,800 car allowance or £4,300 cash equivalent, full family healthcare, 18% on-target bonus opportunity, 27.5 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with time served, and a pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates Permanent Full time This is a hybrid role where travel across the UK will be expected, including within London.
