Full Job Description

This role is pivotal to the smooth running of two very busy acute hospitals through providing strategic leadership for Site Operations, Integrated Discharge Hubs, Frailty and Dementia on each., To represent site services within the Trust and wider health economy.

Lead on the development of the Site Operations and Emergency pathway agenda within the Trust,

To explore future roles, opportunities for growth, and models of service to support future demands on service, within the context of the Trust's strategy

To lead the design and implementation of the most appropriate structure and skills mix for the Services to support the redesign of services across the local Health Community.
