Please come talk to us if you have a positive attitude and would like to help us keep our clients happy and satisfied., Knight Frank's Country Business is looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Head of South Hampshire to oversee the profitable management of our Winchester office and lead the Sales team across the region., This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a deep understanding of the Winchester and South Hampshire property markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience conducting market appraisals, building a successful sales business, and managing buyer relationships. As part of the role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, leading a team of negotiators, and upholding Knight Frank's reputation for exceptional service.,

  • Secure instructions in line with business targets and goals.

  • Oversee all financial aspects related to client business, ensuring timely collection of outstanding funds.

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Maintain a strong presence in the local market to secure new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the Sub-Divisional Head to develop and implement strategic business plans for the region.

  • Ensure efficient administrative processes are followed in day-to-day operations.

  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends to support business growth.

  • Conduct thorough market research and present findings professionally.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring confidentiality and fostering goodwill.

  • Take on additional management responsibilities as needed.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of the South Hampshire and surrounding Hampshire region is highly desirable.
