Head of Student Experience

As the Head of Student Experience, you oversee the student journey from entry to progression. You will support Curriculum Managers and Progress Coaches through the development and quality improvement of college tutorial provision. You will ensure that the tutorial content supports the development of a positive culture within our college and that staff and students are supported on attendance, engagement, and behaviour issues. You will hold line management responsibility for the Progress Coach team, Student Finance team, Intervention Coach team and Enrichment Coordinators. You will ensure the work on our student voice reaches all aspects of the student population and is heard. You will support the development of the college alumni to show our college's impact in shaping people's lives.

As the Head of Student Experience, you will hold a strong responsibility in improving tutorial delivery for our students, expanding opportunities for extra-curricular activities to enhance student experience, and making a lasting impact on their learning journey, ensuring these are the best years of our students' lives!

To apply for this role, you will need a Level 3 qualification in Management or be willing to work towards this, a degree or equivalent qualification, experience working in Further Education and working with young adults, and experience in effectively managing teams. You will need to have excellent leadership skills, with strong communication skills and a passion for breaking down barriers to learning to empower people.
