Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker who is passionate about connecting talented creatives in arts education. Working for a pioneer in creative arts, you would be leading the student recruitment function to drive the institutes ambitious growth plans. The institute has recently launched their three-year strategy which includes expanding their postgraduate offering, intensifying their focus on research and development, and cultivating a more diverse arts community. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team and spearhead our student recruitment efforts., As Head of Student Recruitment, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the institution's future, responsibilities will include;

  • Develop and implement strategic student recruitment plans
  • Lead the delivery of student recruitment, admissions and conversion activities
  • Provide analytical insights to inform strategic decision-making
  • Oversee the Student Ambassador scheme
  • Work closely with the Head of Communications to ensure coordinated efforts

    Proven experience in delivering strategic student recruitment and admissions plans
  • Track record of meeting targets
  • Strong knowledge of the HE sector at home and abroad
  • Good grasp of implementing systems to enhance business processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
  • Understanding of UK HE compliance requirements

    A competitive salary of between £50,000 - £61,471 plus excellent benefits
