As the Head of TG Project Management, your day begins with a team huddle where you inspire and motivate your team, setting the tone for a productive day. You review project statuses, address any escalations, and ensure alignment with Siemens Energy's values and objectives. Throughout the day, you engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring that all projects are on track to meet their targets. You lead by example, fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and excellence, and work closely with your team to develop their skills and capabilities for future challenges.

• A strong engineering/commercial background with a degree qualification.
Extensive experience in project management within the engineering service industry. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and attention to detail. A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
