Full Job Description

Strategy Development & Execution:
- Drive, communicate and track UK L&D strategy and OKRs to underpin and support UK business goals
- Planning and execution ensuring L&D offering meets the learning needs based on business objectives and evolving industry trends
Team Leadership:
- People management and coaching of UK L&D team members, providing guidance and supporting professional development
- Oversight of all UK L&D activities and initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively within the region and across the broader global People team to ensure consistent frameworks and standards, and that the needs of the UK business are met
- Reporting to senior/executive level stakeholders (COO, MDs etc)
- Collaborate with external vendors to enhance the learning offering
Learning Program Design & Delivery:
- Design, deliver and evaluate internal training programs, with an emphasis on demonstrating learning outcomes and impact
- Leading priority UK and global strategic projects (e.g. Induction, Milestone Schools, Leadership Development)
- Identify best practice L&D innovations, tools and methods, and effectively implement in a Capco context
Performance Measurement & Improvement:
- Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning programs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals
Budget Management:
- Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors and manage relationships with third-party training providers, WHY JOIN CAPCO?You will work on engaging projects with some of the largest banks and financial services institutions in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.

A minimum of 3 years management experience in L&D, ideally in a consulting/professional services environment
Relevant L&D certifications / accreditations (adult learning theory, DISC, MBTI or equivalent)
Knowledge of best practice L&D strategies and interventions
COMPETENCIES:
Ability to effectively and confidently communicate and build rapport across all levels, including the firm 's most senior leadership levels
Demonstrable client service focus
Proactive and effective at proposing and initiating learning ideas and solutions
Professional in manner with a commercial approach to decision-making
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Collaboration skills, including the ability to integrate and act upon diverse and sometimes conflicting perspectives
Project management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
Results-oriented, with the ability to demonstrate the impact of L&D interventions
