Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed person to join our pastoral team as Head of Year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make his or her mark in this key middle leadership role. Pastoral Care is a strength of the school and you will work alongside a Pastoral Manager to lead one of our Year groups. The ability to offer English, geography, science or history would be advantageous, however all subject areas will be considered.
