Full Job Description

Working Hours: 08.00 - 16.00 (36.25 hours per week)

Working Pattern: Term Time + 2 weeks (40 weeks)

We seek to appoint a dynamic and driven non-teaching Head of Year with the ability to effectively relate to and establish excellent rapport with students, providing support to maximise engagement and attendance.

You will be well supported by the Head of Behaviour & Welfare as well as the Senior Leadership Team who are focused on teaching and learning, and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure your individual needs are met.
