We are looking for a Head of Year with excellent leadership skills to play a leading role in the work of the pastoral and safeguarding support teams at the College. Working as part of a team of Heads of Year and Pastoral Tutors, Heads of Year play a key role in ensuring that the pastoral system achieves its goals. The successful applicant must possess the knowledge, energy, resilience and enthusiasm for such an important role and have experience of managing pastoral and welfare related services, working with a range of client groups and a solutions-focussed approach. A track record of working within a child protection/safeguarding context and liaison with multi-agencies to help safeguard young people and enable them to succeed at College is desirable. You will have experience of working with young people and successfully contributing to the success of a team.

Please note, interviews will take place during w/c 14th October 2024 (date to be confirmed).
