Full Job Description
We are looking for a Head Sommelier to take an overall responsibility for the operational management of all beverage within the Club and ensure members receive a service befitting the foremost private members Club.,
- Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Passionate about delivering first-class customer service
- Numerical skills and experience of cash handling
- Good negotiator and communicator
WSET diploma and/or Head Sommelier qualification - Previous experience as a Head Sommelier
- Comprehensive knowledge of world wines and beverages
- Awareness of Licencing laws
