As a Head Waiter at the Haymarket Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience.,

  • Engage with our guests to take orders, make personalised recommendations, and deliver their food with a warm and welcoming approach.

  • Process payments efficiently and provide any additional requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

  • Work seamlessly within our dynamic team, contributing to a supportive and harmonious work environment.

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area to enhance the overall guest experience.

    Ability to work efficiently under pressure, handling multiple tables simultaneously in a busy restaurant setting.

  • A genuine passion for food and a keen interest in culinary trends.

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced and busy restaurant environment is essential.

  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in service.

  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
