Head Waiter / Waitress

We're looking for a kind and dedicated Head Waiter / Waitress to join our team at Bistro Freddie, Shoreditch. Ideally, you'll have a passion for great food and wine, have several years experience in Front Of House, be highly organised and demonstrate a natural flair for customer service. Confidence to smoothly handle a busy service is key.
Bistro Freddie is part of HAM Group (Crispin, Bar Crispin & Crispin x Studio Voltaire). We serve a modern take on British/French bistro classics in our 45-seat beautiful Bistro, in the heart of Shoreditch.
A Head Waiter/ Waitress can expect:
