The Role We are seeking an experienced and successful senior leader who is willing to make a long-term commitment to St. Andrew's College as it enters its next phase of development. The successful candidate will collaborate with a supportive governing body and Senior Leadership Team to lead the college into this new stage. The ideal candidate should be skilled in team leadership, target-setting, and adept at working within an international context. Experience Required

  • Proven senior leadership in a UK school or British international school delivering an IGCSE/A-Level programme.
  • Evidence of educational thought leadership.
  • Experience managing international students through the UCAS process.
  • Experience of working in a boarding environment.
  • Demonstrated success in working with senior colleagues to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with cultural awareness and empathy in interactions with students, parents, and staff.
  • Experience in strategic planning.
  • Strong financial management skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience working successfully with a governing body and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with admissions and marketing, including understanding the role of our international agent partners.
